Root Solutions root guides (a.k.a. root barriers) are used to direct tree root growth downward as the roots grow and spread. Using root guides will protect from damage to driveways, patios, sidewalks, parking structures, nature walks and other planting applications.
Excellent for use in the planting of trees in large scale city projects as well as backyard applications. The proper installation and use of root guides could save you thousands of dollars of damage.
Panels are connected by means of a patented design of male/female sliding connectors. Each panel having a male connector at one end and a female connector at the opposite end making for a super easy installation.
Root Barriers are manufactured of extruded recycled polyethylene. The panels measure 24 inches in width by 12, 18, 24, 36 or 48 inches in depth with a mean thickness of 0.8 inches.
There are 20 pieces in a box.
